We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Architect to join our team on a permanent or contract basis in the South East. This is a site-based role.
Location: London South East
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: July 2023
We are looking to expand our current team with a Desktop Architect in a multi-disciplinary role, where there will be excellent opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the desktop design, provision and user experience.
Skills Requirements

Minimum of 5 years IT experience

Minimum of 3 years desk side support experience

Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT operations, and IT processes

MECM deployment and physical desktop configuration

Virtual desktop technologies (including: vmware, CITRIX virtual apps and desktops, VXRail)

Active Directory group policy management

Thin client technologies

User profile management
-
Resolving issues with MS office and Windows OS Pc's

Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with diverse customers of varying levels of IT experience

Knowledge of Anti-Virus
