We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a permanent or contract basis in the South East. This is a site-based role. 

 

Location: London South East

 

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience​​

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service delivery across infrastructure, applications and support functions

• Manage and improve SLAs, KPIs and service performance metrics

• Lead incident, problem and change management processes (ITIL aligned)

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

• Drive service improvement initiatives and automation

• Oversee service transition for new systems and upgrades

• Manage service risks, compliance requirements and security standards

• Produce regular reporting packs for senior leadership

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and user experience

 

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager

• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practice

• Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced providers

• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS), networks and enterprise systems

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to translate technical issues into clear business impact

• DV Clearance required
